Your EIN gets your texting approved faster and at lower cost. It's the 9-digit number (12-3456789) on your IRS EIN letter (CP575 or 147C) or on last year's business tax return. Never enter your Social Security number.
Can't find it?
Look for "Employer Identification Number" on your IRS letter (CP575 when you applied, or 147C if you asked the IRS for a copy) or on page 1 of last year's business tax return. Your accountant or payroll provider can also tell you.
No problem. We'll register your texting as a sole proprietor. It takes longer and costs more to set up, we'll text a one-time code to your mobile to confirm it's you, and only texts about your customers' own requests and orders are allowed. Review requests and offers will go by email. Have an EIN after all? Add it here any time.

- Texting is included in every plan. Carrier registration takes a week minimum, so texting turns on as soon as the carriers approve it, about 1 to 2 weeks after signup.
