Can I drop my car off before or after hours?
Yes. Use the after-hours key drop (sample). Put your name, phone and what's going on in the envelope, and we'll call you after we look.
What if my car breaks down?
Call us. If we're closed, your call is answered and the details are emailed to the shop, so we can call you back when we open. We can recommend a local tow company we trust.
Do you have loaner cars?
Sample answer: a real shop says here whether it offers loaners or a shuttle.
How do I pay?
Cash, card or check at pickup (sample).
Will you do work I didn't approve?
No. You get the price first, and nothing is added without your OK.
