Straight answers
Do you dispatch for emergencies?
No. Missed-call answering takes details and emails you right away so you can call back. It doesn't dispatch or promise arrival times.
Is texting extra?
No. Texting is included in every plan. Premium targeted postcards are the only add-on, billed separately. We text only customers who opted in.
Do you work with shops outside my area?
Yes. We work with local businesses nationwide, not just one region. Setup is online and support is by email and phone.
