Do you work with insurance claims?
No. Claims are between you, your customer and their insurer. We handle follow-up, reviews and calls.
Is texting extra?
No. Texting is included in every plan. Premium targeted postcards are the only add-on, billed separately. We text only customers who opted in.
Do you work with shops outside my area?
Yes. We work with local businesses nationwide, not just one region. Setup is online and support is by email and phone.
