On System+, we also run Meta ads for you. We don't promise numbers. Nobody honest can promise leads, calls, jobs or rankings. Your monthly report shows what went out and what came back.

How much should a small business pay for marketing?

It depends on how much of the work you want off your plate. A simple test: add up what you'd pay separately for a website, someone to keep your Google profile current, an answering service, review requests and follow-up texts and emails. Our plans cover all of that for one monthly price. System is $279 a month. System+ is $697 a month and adds Meta ads run for you, with $200/mo in ad spend included, so no separate ad bill. System++ is $947 a month with $400/mo in ad spend included. No setup fees. We're a newer platform, so the first 500 shops lock in founding pricing for life.

Do I need a marketing agency, or is a done-for-you service enough?

If you want brand design, big campaigns or a large ad budget managed, an agency can make sense. Most independent shops mainly need the steady work done every week: the website, the Google profile, review asks, calls answered and every lead followed up. Question 5

Is there a contract? Can I cancel?

No contract on monthly plans. Stop anytime by emailing us, and your service runs through the end of the month you paid for. If you prepay yearly, it renews yearly unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Do I still need an answering service?

Accepted Answer

Usually no. Call answering is included in every plan. When you can't pick up, we answer on your existing number (call forwarding), take the details and email them to you. Missed callers who say yes to texts get a text back from your shop. How call answering works.

Question 7

Will you text my customers without permission?

Accepted Answer

No. We always ask a shop's customers to opt in before texting them, and they can reply STOP anytime. Reply HELP for help. Texts only go to people who gave prior express written consent. Forms include an unchecked SMS box and full disclosure. Everyone else gets email. Texting is included in every plan. Carrier registration takes a week minimum, so texting turns on as soon as the carriers approve it, about 1 to 2 weeks after signup.

Do I own my customer data?

Yes. Your customer list, the bookings we tag and your report history stay yours, and your list is never shared or sold to other businesses. We organize it and put it to work for you. Export CSV or JSON anytime from your private report link, with no ticket and no waiting on us. If you leave, you take your data with you.
