Call the shop. More than 10 minutes late may mean a new time so the next client isn't kept waiting (sample).
No-shows and changes
Please change or cancel through the booking tool or by phone. No-shows may be asked to prepay next time (sample).
Payment
Cash and card accepted (sample). Tips welcome, never expected.
Kids
Kids 12 and under get the kids' price. A parent stays in the shop.
